We had a quality issue with our custom sofas and had some miscommunication regarding if I called within my warranty period (which they realized that I had later). Initially they denied the claim. However, after they realized what had occurred, they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I am receiving a credit from the store for the full price of the sofas that I purchased. I appreciate very much that they worked so hard to ensure that we were taken care of. They stated multiple times that it is important that I was happy with the final result and that they really helped me get something I am happy with moving forward. Melody is amazing up there!
This place is very cool. 1st time stopping in. Was at menards and stopped by here. All the stuff looks like very well made furniture. The lady working was very nice and on top of any questions. In the future I will go there 1st I'm close to needing a new couch.
High Quality Craftsmanship and Superior Customer Service! We recently purchased a table from Amish Furniture of Nebraska in Omaha and couldn’t be happier. Upon delivery everything about the table was great except for one very minor detail I asked to be addressed. After kindly letting us keep the table during Thanksgiving and Christmas, the table was adjusted and returned at no cost. Martin (owner) and his team are fully committed to the not just high quality furniture, but also the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Thanks so much. You’ve got me as a lifelong customer
We ordered 8k of furniture here after looking at 413 different options on furniture, stain, type of wood, finish, style, so much! But they were amazing at narrowing it down to a few options we were happy with..ETA is September from 6-27. Waiting to see what becomes.
Ordered a Walnut hutch during a vacation. Traci was wonderful to work with start to finish. She took the time to ensure we’d be 100% happy with the final selections we made. Very good communication and at no point during the process did I feel like I was unsure of the status of the order. Corey was fantastic to work with on delivery and accommodated our distance without issue. The final piece is beautifully made and will last multiple lifetimes. The craftsmanship is incredible and the piece looks incredible.
Incredibly beautiful furniture. I bought a coffee table and a couple barstools last Saturday. Will definitely be back for more. The woman helping me was knowledgeable and very kind. Could not have been more pleased.
Stacey and Nikki were fabulous to work with! They let us take home some leather samples so we could match them to our wall paint and wooden floor colors. Nikki gave us some free interior design ideas for furniture placement and Stacey was so patient with us and our 1,000 questions. We can't say it enough how wonderful they both were. The furniture, while not necessarily hand crafted by Amish craftsmen, is American made and is made with quality and style in mind. We bought the loveseat with the cozy sectional in a creamy leather and two of these chairs in fabric.
I have driven by this store many times, but never stopped in as I THOUGHT I knew what they sold (based on my interpretation of the name). Today got the better of me and I stopped in to take a look. Boy, was I wrong. Mike Lindley showed us around and was very knowledgeable about everything in the store. All of the pieces we saw or sat in were well constructed and customizable. We were very impressed!
We had been looking for a large dining room table that could seat twelve people. It was extremely important to us that it be of high quality and be made in the USA. We were tired of paying good money for items that did not stand the test of time and were poorly constructed. We saw their ad on tv and decided to give them a chance. We were NOT disappointed. Traci, the sales and design consultant, listened to our criteria and showed us several pieces that would work. She also showed us fabric and wood samples. Lisa, the owner also was extremely helpful with the purchase. Not once did we ever feel pressure to buy anything. We ended up purchasing five bookcases and table with chairs. Since they were custom made, we had to wait about five and a half months for delivery. The delivery people were top notch and took great care of setting up the furniture. They handled everything and gave us some helpful tips. We have received a tremendous amount of compliments about both items and have been recommending Amish Furniture of Nebraska to everyone who is looking for quality furniture.
Greeted as I entered.. Friendly knowledgeable help. Not pushy. So many great pieces in the store! Quality furniture can be custom made. Lots of decorator items for sale too! We want great furniture that will last. Smith Brothers made in USA.
